
JMR Property UK is a unique, independently run company that helps people with a vast array of property related issues. We have been ‘tagged’ by few of our previous Clients as ‘The Purple Property Problem Solvers’. Despite being somewhat of a tongue-twister, this nickname does seem rather apt in describing what we do on a daily basis. We have therefore adopted this nickname and would like to thank those responsible.
There really is no limit to what we can offer our clients with regards to assistance with their property. Our extensive experience has been a rather intense learning-curve and has come from the process of building a large client base and a moderate portfolio (by our standards anyway) during one of the worst down-turns in the Housing Market in the past few decades.
There are a number of companies around who ‘market’ themselves as Quick Cash Home Buyers. We have come to the conclusion that this is not always what people are looking for. In the past, we ourselves were branded as such a company, but decided, having spoken to many different homeowners, that this is rarely what the majority of the population need.
There are always going to be people who are looking to sell their homes quickly, especially in then recent months. They may not even be too bothered about what they get for it, as long as they can pay off their mortgage or debts and move on? When we come across circumstances like this, we feel it is our ethical duty to detail their alternative options first, prior to them committing to sell their one appreciating asset.
If you will allow us to cover some basic psychology, it may help you understand where we draw our conclusions from. We can understand that, as humans, the large majority of us will naturally ‘live beyond our means’ at some point in our lives. Occasionally, a few small errors in judgement culminate into a highly unpleasant situation where they fall into a ‘bottomless pit’ of financial worry and uncertainty. After careful consideration, they often come to the desperate conclusion that, by selling their property, they will be suddenly relieved of all their financial burdens.
We hate to say this, but this rarely happens! Often it may appear that their immediate financial situation has been rectified; however, they now have to start from scratch. We hope we can help maximise the chances of happiness and freedom when moving on from financial trauma, by giving our clients more options.
We were established in mid 2007 and have since helped a large number of people resolve some serious financial situations. Some of these situations were rectified by purchasing the property quickly, often saving the client from being repossessed (within days of a court appearance) and others were slightly more elaborate but took only a week or so longer to complete and secured long-term stability for these individuals.
At JMR Property UK we pride ourselves in being able to create a friendly rapport with all our clients and feel that speaking to them face-to-face, at the earliest opportunity, really helps build trust and understanding. We aim to work with our clients on a personal level, so as to best understand their individual needs and criteria and therefore help find the best solution for their own unique set of circumstances. Our aim is to create a ‘win-win’ scenario for both parties and as cliché as this sounds, it means that we would prefer not to proceed if our client is not getting exactly what they want from our involvement.
Finally, as a company, we are well aware of so-called ‘cowboy’ firms that, at first glance, appear to operate along the similar routes as we do. The poor reputation that these firms generate, initially portray our industry in a very poor light. As a result, we find that we are constantly striving to stand-out from the crowd, in an attempt to detach ourselves from these unethical organizations. Therefore, as a part of our new initiative, we are now striving to ‘get out there’ and meet homeowners, face-to-face, in order that we can better explain our Services. We would hope that our carefully chosen motto reminds people that not all Business needs to be brutal in the 21st Century. We want to help.
