JMR Property UK buy houses fast and we can pay cash. We are able to initiate purchases in virtually any area of the UK and can typically complete within 28 days, sometimes sooner. This is largely due to the vast Network of Investors that we do business with on a regular basis. If we do not feel that your area is one that WE buy in, then there is a very real chance that we can find a fellow investor who buys in that area. We even have contacts abroad.

Our Fees?.... what Fees?
Lastly, we at JMR Property UK offer our Services completely FREE of charge. This means, for example, if you were to choose the route of selling your property - from day one through to completion, you don’t pay a single penny. After an initial meeting with us to determine if we are able to help, we will instruct a valuation on your property by a R.I.C.S. Certified Surveyor. Upon receipt of the Valuation Report we can then confirm our offer to you in writing. Once this is accepted by you, we can then setup a second meeting to help you through the necessary paperwork. This will be 95% of your work done and we can then bring the deal to a speedy completion (typically within 28 days).
We Pay You!
We will pay you either £250 or £500 cash if you were to refer someone to us and they were then to proceed in doing business with us. Upon completion of a purchase we will pay you £500. Alternatively, if a client you refer takes up any of our other options (i.e. ‘Rent-to-Buy’ or a ‘Lease Option’) we will pay you £250 cash!
